Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

All sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing sports body at the conclusion of the event. Asian handicap (voor bola) bets follow standard industry rules as published on the k1toto platform. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; a single loss voids the entire parlay.
Live in-play bets are accepted up until the moment the outcome is determined. k1toto reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time due to significant match events, technical issues, or suspected integrity concerns. Late bets placed after the outcome is effectively decided will be voided and stakes returned.

You may request permanent closure of your k1toto account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, all pending bets will be settled, all active bonuses will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within 7 business days.
k1toto reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
